Hi I have 11months old boy.i gave him mix veggies soup everyday. My friend told me that she read in one app that soup is not nutrious much. So what should I do.
Hey soup is really good ...it conserves all the vital nutrients ...at this stage I think it's a great food for the baby ..please continue . .

Soup is extremely good. Please continue giving if the baby likes it. Vegetables are good in any form. Don't worry
