Mine experience has been really satisfactory till now..I have been informed promptly when my son was not having is lunch as the paratha that my maid packed for him was spicy and the daycare people informed me instantly that my son is not eating and asked me if they can offer my child school food.. n all this while I was watching this happening in CCTV live streaming..I can see when my son is eating, sleeping, playing and in case if I do not see him I can call at the daycare centre and ask them to check and inform..they have an app where in I can see his day to day activities, what he had and how much and when his diapers were changed n all..it's been 15 days for my son n he already loves the nanny n his teachers..<br> My son has learned to sit at one place and have his food..daily he is coming up with more new words..just like you I was also skeptical in the beginning but now when on some days I see my son happily going inside without even seeing bye to me..it makes me feel good n satisfied..that he is having fun there and learning at the same <u>time</u>

my son is of your daughter's age and has recently started going to daycare..I know it's really tough as it's a huge responsibility to handle a toddler..look for a daycare that provides live CCTV streaming, one that has good security..security as in its well child proof and have enough staff and nurse for emergency..follow good hygiene..initially I accompanied my son to his daycare for a week..we started by keeping him for 2-3 hours initially and I used to accompany him..gradually we increased time from 3-4 hours than 5-6 and than for whole day..<br> and now my child is settling and has started liking and getting jelled with the other kids..moreover since they have live CCTV streaming I can always keep a <u>check</u>

its a tough decision ur making but one that needs to be made.&nbsp; pls check the day care Nd before starting work ask if u can spend a day and see how they function.&nbsp; also check the credibility of the day care from other mothers whose kids are going there.&nbsp;
