hi, I have a slight cold n body ache . my doc is out of town . I am scared that I my pass it on to my 4 month old who I am efb. pls help wht should I do ?
u can apply Vicks , do steam inhalation , have warm water thru the day , boil little tulsi , ginger , turmeric n add honey n have it 2-3 times a day
n most imp rest well to recover faster

home remedies like steam or add bit of turmeric to hot milk and have it...u can try these there r no side effects
