Hi. I have delivered a baby boy before 6 months in June 2016. It was cesarean. Now since last few months my lower back and knees are paining very very badly. When I sit on the floor and get up ut pains a lot. Kindly help. I am taking iron, calcium also everyday. Is this due to Vitamin D deficiency ? my family doctor advised me to complete the vitamin d course.. please help

Please work on your posture which will help with back ache. Also back exercises are a must since the back muscles get a lot of pressure during pregnancy. You can have the D3 test done if you like but most Indians are deficient in this nutrient.

I can't comment on what doc said... yet it lot depends upon posture in which u are picking up baby... I had normal delivery and it's only after I started going office and my time with baby was reduce to large extend that my back started to recover... or else it was killing me
