hi ,i m 29 week pregnant,now a days my sleep pattern is totally disturbed at night, and as a working lady i also don't have enough time in day time for sleeping.

i always feel pain in my right side leg thats why i can't sleep in left side for more times and in every two to three days the left one becomes cramped. another reason is that whenever i m trying to sleep in left side my baby stats to kick at my waist part until i change my position. What should i do pls suggest me.....

you need to relax do not exert yourself . for cramps have coconut water daily it helped me

relax. this is common problem faced by many working women. take warm milk before sleeping. cramping is common so try to elevate your legs while sleeping with pillows. also apply oil on the effected area and massage in a circular motion.

Ask someone to give you a massage daily after returning home. Dont do any work after returning home. Try to relax as much as possible.

Hi dear! For starters i think your body needs to relax. So try relaxing before sleep. Hot bath...soothing music and loads of pillows!!! Sleep on either side its ok. On work even i was working long hours. Try to take work from home at times to rest your body. Hope this helps
