Hi, I need tips to increase breastfeed. I have been using top feed along with breast feed. I have been taking laconic granules with milk. I have taken two bottles but nothing much has helped. please suggest me something to further increase my breast supply
The best way to increase milk supply is stimulation. If you have it accessible use a breast pump four to six times a day to express milk after feeding the baby.
