Hi, I use to talk to myself about the things recently happened to me or some things which doesn't happens to me also..... If it happens in day times it's ok but if I keep thinking and talking to me at night time means it takes time to me to get into sleep and which disturbs my next day also please suggest me how to stop talking to me

Well ur getting lots of time to think just make yourself busy in strenuous work which will take away both ur physical n mental energy hence u won't be able to make time for self thinking

It's about how to control subconscious mind. Do meditation. Try to know what r u thinking is it positive one or negative... Before sleeping at least for 5 minute do meditation. Be grateful to God for everything. See u will get good <u>sleep</u>
