hi i wanna know iron and calcium is nessecry after delivery and should same tablet continues which i was taking in my pregnancy time... bcz my doc doesnt said anything pliz suggst...
yes offcourse dear after delivery we loss many supplements from the body so we have to take calcium n iron pills ..but not both at same time..becos it wont react so if u take iron in afternoon n calcium in night

n calcium n iron can't be taken at the same time.there should be difference of at least 5hours

In fact I was asked to double my calcium. to be continued for 3 months after the delivery
