hi iam taking uprise d3 once in a month. now as I have changed my gynaecologist she recommended to take hermin d3 sachet daily with one glass of water. is it OK if I take 2 types of d3.

The difference between the two is the IUI of D3. The dosage will depend on your D3 levels and accordingly the doctor will prescribe the dosage and the brand.
