This is due to hormonal changes. If you are not able to hold anything then please consult the doctor ASAP. However if you can hold some foods then focus on those. Eating a dry carb like a cracker or toast or a piece of roti a few times a day at intervals can help. Also dry ginger flakes can help reduce the feeling of nausea.
