Hi im 17 weeks pregrent.. my body weight remain same from last month to this month.. my midwife asked me why u didn't increase your weight? Im worried that is that sign of my baby is not growing much? What is the way to increase healthy weight?

If your scans are normal don't worry about the weight. You will gain gradually. Eat protein rich foods like beans, rajma, peas, lentils, legumes, milk products to help you gain healthy weight
