two findings- 
1)the fluid in one of the chambers in the brain is slightly higher but not very abnormal. it may go away. 
ur doc will monitor this. 
2)there is a small abn echo in the heart. this is also not worrisome in absence of other anomalies. 
basically both things have to be interpreted with ur risk factors , ur previous tests for any genetic defects. as they r seen in a small percentage of normal fetuses also. 
do not worry 
discuss with ur gyn.
