Im 30 weeks pregnant. For last 2 days esp at night, i get this pinning sensation on my left abdomen. I feel it when i get up to pee at night or when im changing the sides. Does anyone know what it can be?

This happens. The pain will not be long term and won't last much. Have ample water and never hold your pee for long. if the pain persists for long and happens constantly then inform your gyno.
