Hv good protein rich diet such as milk paneer chicken eggs etc n increase the amount of oral fluids..

Increase your water intake and don't worry baby will be fine. Please discuss this with your doctor.

afi is slightly less. drink lots of water and consult your doctor. relax baby ko kuch nhi hoga but you will feel lesw movements. ask your doctor about this.
