Hi,

I'm 36 wks 4days pregnant..

experts n momma's can u please suggest me wat are the activities i can involve myslf into?? in these last 3 weeks

i get easily tired n sleepy..
but I don't want to be lazy but still end up in resting..

It's being so difficult to sit, walk & even to sleep..
how can I try to be active?😢😢

walking will help u dear... try butterfly poses.. keep breathing techniques... do kegels will help u relaxation of muscles... if u feel tired take some rest drink some water or juice nd then carry on...

you can do short walks at home, sit on the exercise ball, walk down few flights of stairs, walk in the pool.
