Hi I'm a mother of 2 weeks old baby plzsuggest me some safe ways to feed my baby who often spits or vomits the breast milk sometimes milk comes even from the nose. I'm really tensed he becomes absolutely tired after this. does it affects my baby 's life plz help me
Hi Remya all these are absolutely normal please relax. It takes upto 3 months to settle. Make sure to give burp after every feed and hold the baby in upright position for few minutes.

Hi dear, feed your baby while sitting down. Avoid Lying down position while feeding. Babies this small will spit some milk after feed because their tummies are small and get full soon. They learn to regulate the amount of feed they need slowly. After each feed, hold the baby upright on your shoulder gently, and lightly pat on the back. Hold him like that for atleast 5-10 mins then put down to sleep. Make the baby burp before making him lie down to sleep. This way he won't spit out the milk.
