Hi.. I'm having 4 months old baby. My breastfeeding was manageable so far. But now I'm having a white spot in my right nipple. Breast pains whenever I feed him. In fact more after feeding. What should I do. Pls suggest.

its a milk blister. feed regularly or express if breast becomes heavy. mine went without any treatment. i just kept feeding through the pain...applied a little breast milk couple of times.

hey dear. i got the same white spot on my breast few months back. when i asked my doctor he said that its called milk blister. it happens when your baby try to suck fast n milk gets stuck in the skin n white boil like thing appears.
just heat water in a vessel. take thick napkin soak the same. drain the water and than place that hot napkin on the breast covering that blister.. do it four to five times in a day.. that milk duct will open when its soft.
Please check with your gyno. It might be infection which should not be neglected. Immediately visit.
