Hi! I'm really confused what to include in the diet plan of my 2 year old son. I want a balanced diet but he doesn't eat anything properly apart from curd rice and plain rice. If we add like sambar or rasam, he will say it's spicy for him. He loves to eat almonds, cashews and peanuts. Eating fruits depends on his mood. I want to plan a balanced diet, need help

Dear Mallika, well balanced plan includes protiens, carbs, calcium, dairy, veggies n fruitson a daily basis. Curate a plan and stock your pantry. Move gradually with the choice of yoyr child ... serve small portions. Dont force for anything new but be a primary nurturer for your family and take care of all the food groups in your child's meals... <br>
