hi harpreet. MMR vaccine is usually not painful . the prick can be painful but it is not known to have painful after effects. fever after vaccination is not common but in cases that it does appear its usually one week after the vaccination and subsides in a few days.

hi dear, there can be mild fever, pain not as much as before 6 months vaccine... give prescribed paracetamol drops according to baby's weight...

You can give paracetamol drops every 6 hours on the day of the vaccination. A warm compress at the site of the injection also provides relief :) But if the fever continues for more than 2 days you might want to consult the paediatrician once.
