Keep monitoring your glucose level through a home glucometer...Keep a record of what you are eating...look for the culprit and either avoid it completely or curtail its intake...avoid sweets...go for a half an hour leisurely stroll after every meal...helps to keep sugar in check. Have healthy pregnancy!
