Hi, l feel taiord every time. I didn' t get enough sleep at night.what can i do?

Shameema,ladies have advised pretty much all! Just try nature walk or a cup of chamomile tea,if your back hurts then o recommend a pregnancy pillow,it will give u those desired zzz's..

It happens in pregnancy, don't use mobile phones before going to bed. Even if you don't get sleep just close your eyes and rest.
