Start with a brisk walk. Slowly build up and add exercises as per your comfort. If you feel comfortable most exercises are allowed but always start with few counts

u should start any exercise after 6 months of c section. mne c sec ke 4 months baad exercise start ki thi, but mujhe body pain hone lga tha.
