It was like a small reclining seat. the fabric was a bit like thick net but didn't have a polyester feel to it. Was soft enough for baby to lie down on if. The stand was firm too. It was foldable so we have now tucked it away in our loft.

I have used bath chair and found it extremely comfortable as there was no chance of baby sinking or slipping. Baby comfortable lies in it, and I could apply soap, wash with water and lift her up. But I haven't used the brands you mentioned.
