hi m 8 week pregnant woman.now on completly bedrest position....during this suffring from low bp..and also want to kno easiest diet.

Take lots of fluids like coconut water, lemon water with some salt, namkeen lassi, chaach, juice with black salt, soup, etc. Dont take large meals as it will be difficult to digest. Take small meals or snacks every 2 to 3 hours. Take something liquid along with your meal. Strictly avoid junk food, fried foods and spicy food. Take a lot of curd, salads, and fruits. It will help pass stool easily. I am also on strict bed rest since past 1 month so I am with you dont worry.

Garlic regulates blood pressure and please eat lots of green leafy vegetables and consume liquids often to remain hydrated. Keep eating little little every 2 hours
