Hi m currently in 19th week 4 days cycle of my pregnancy and my worry is I m getting cramps on abdomin and back side of my hip . Kindly help me to let me know if this is common in these days ??? Pls help

Being active and practising mild yoga will help relieve any muscular pain. It will bring in flexibility too. At times, pains during pregnancy are muscular as the body structure is changing. Try and stay active and exercise moderately under guidance to ensure your muscles support your pregnancy.

One more thing if there is any problem in placenta will this cramp be the symptoms ..Bec I m little hefty but till now doc hasn't told anything about placenta issues .. pls suggest
