Even I get such pains but only for few minutes while I am sitting. Changing position or lying down helps. Baby is growing big so it happens. I also get breathless at times. Don't worry. If the pain is persistent then call ur doctor.

hello. aches n minor pains are common in pregnancy due to increasing weight of baby and stretching of tissues. take rest. if its uncomfortable n unbearable then u can consult ur gyn.
