hi congrats!!!! daily pomegranate is must, drink milk regularly, drumstick leaves is for iron.. if u eat drumstick leaves ur baby hair growth will be more at the time of birth..becoz I followed these when I am pregnant..

Avoid papaya, pineapple, jaggery, processed food, junk food, too much spices, frequent tea or coffee etc .. Take iron tablet with ferrous ascorbate salt and folic acid. Like Ferronia XT, no need to take Calcium for first trimester. Avoid to take medicines for the general symptoms of pregnancy except worst case. Have a book 'what to expect' for ur queries. Take food/froot/juice/milk(according to ur taste) frequently. Never over load urself with house/office work. Never ever lift things more than 3-4 Kg. Avoid extensive work out. Learn to say NO for such things atleast for next 1.5 year. Take dried Apricot, nuts, beetroots, kiwi fruit, water mellon, pomegranates, Dried Anzir, salad (do not take tomato and cucumbers together) .., green and leafy vegitables. Wish you all the best and haapy pragnency.
