Hi Mam. 16 weeks pregnant. 4 days before with hard stool I got bleeding so I took emty syrup of 30ml with 2 glass of water. But now past 3 days I am passing free stool but still I could see lot of blood from bowel. What shall I do mam?

Earlier I used to take powder of 4 indegrients which help me finish my constipation prob like ajwain, black salt, saunf, saunt.... Currently I am staying with inlaw and they say it's heat to body and not allowing me to. I am worried due to this blood loss if my heamoglobin count will reduce its 11.6% now.
