Hi mam i have a mild anemia and my weight is 37 kg im 26 yrs old..i tried for pregency last 6 months ..but not suceed plz..suggest me what im doing..

Hi the weight is very less, first you need to put on some weight. Eat protein rich foods like eggs, chicken breast, Paneer, potatoes, bananas, avocado, sprouts, dal ,dry fruits, nuts etc.

Hey what did your doctor say ?? I think you can put on some weight as it's very less. Take protien rich food , fruits and vegetables , milk and eggs etc. Iron and vitamin supplements will help. Ask your doctor for supplements. Take care of yourself and be positive. Check your ovulation dates and keep trying .
