Healthy diet lo jaise loki ki sabji torai ke sabji or har 2 hour me feed krao or ek Bt or use ek Brest ko jb tk feed krao jb tk wo use ache se khali na kr de uske bad change kro .milk bht <u>piyo</u>

Eat in small and many portion of meals in a day. Drink adequate water to keep yourself hydrated. Includes lentils, cereals, veggies, fruits,nuts, dairy products, and eggs. Please avoid artificial sugar contained cola and packaged food.
