hi mam,i had c section on feb.i have gained weight a lot .how can i reduce my weight? can i go to zym?what r the weight loss tips plz suggest

Hi, very rightly advised by the doctor. After 3 months start taking daily walks. Start with 15 to 30 minutes once a day gradually increasing to twice daily. As you street feeling stronger start doing some arm exercises while waking. Calf raises, leg raises help in strengthening the legs. More than the exercise it is the diet that counts. Check your portion sizes. We usually have more than we need by default. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones. It is a good idea to cut down one third in each meal. But don't be hungry for long. Have something every 2 <u>hours</u>. You can snack on dry fruits, any fruit, some milk, sprouts. Checking weight regularly also helps. :-)
