Hi, mera 12th week chal rha h... Muje problem ye h ki mujhe is bar ki pregnancy me khana pach nhi rha h... Or jee machlata h... Kch bhi khaun toh pet phula phula sa lgta h or morning se hi pet me jalan or bharipan sa feel hota h... Main kya kru.?

Hello dear I am dietician I think app plane nimbu pani le just water and lemon juice in it thodi thodi der main but full glass nhi h sip it after some time you will feel better or pudina ki chutney bhi le sakte h with food

Aap morning me lemon water lijiye,thoda thoda krke khaiye n juices lijiye apko energy bhi milegi.jyada oily n teekha food mat khaiye.pani jyada pijiye.n apni gyno se bhi baat kriye.

Aap digestion ke liye har meal k baad saunf/ ajwain kha lijiye. Lukewarm pani peejiye, aur khaane ke beech me do ghante se zyada gap na den. Nariyal paani, ice cream aur dahi khane se thodi si rahat milti he iss time pe. Masaledaar aur oily food avoid karen. Bananas bhi khayen. Khali pet apples na khayen. Iron supplements raat ko hi len. Dictor se salah karke aap pan 40 tab bhi le sakte hen.
