hi... meri abhi 2 month ki pregnancy hai....or mera vajan shirf 40 kg hai. badhta nai hai....vagan badhane k liye kya Karu... please kuch suggest karo..kya khane see vajan aacche se badhta haii

dear your weight is not a big issue.  thing is you have to remain healthy. So please take fruits, green beans,  spinach soup,  cheese, milk etc . Above of all, stay calm and stop worrying.
