Start with well boiled mashed rice, dal Paani, mashed banana, mashed apple, chickoo, many dals you can give ( moong dal, masoori dal, toor dal). Ragi is good option. <u>Mango</u> just give couple of spoons and not more and don't give daily. Baby's digestion is not strong yet. Too much intake of mango will be heat and cause loose motions, upset in bowel movement. Don't add ghee, milk, salt or sugar.
