Hi, in yoga do plank, swimming both are very effective for tummy fat n for thighs do butterfly exercise n hip walking

walking ..yoga and healthy food no junk. oily food.<br> do cobra pose . bow pose . pontoon pose . plank . &amp; wind reveling pose..u can search on you tube. .do consult your doctor before starting anything..i m doing all dis pose and have reduced my weight ..i have started all this from 4 month...best wishes. and be positive

you can continue your walks. but there is no spot weight loss that happens. you will lose fat from all areas of your body. tummy fat is very stubborn so it is usually the last place to show any effect. But you can do toning exercises like leg raises and calf raises to help reduce the <u>f</u>at from your thighs. But never try to achieve spot reduction. It's unhealthy and not effective in the long run.
