Walnuts and figs are highly nutritious you can have them in moderate amount in summers.

My gynac asked me to take during my second trimester. Cos black dates, anjir have iron content. Walnut is good for babies brain development.

The same are very sweet it's better to avoid.... Walnut you can gave but have the same from 5th month onwards in moderation.. If u hav thyroid avoid walnuts..
