Hi mommies, here is my second post of the foodart I made for my child just in 10 to 15 mins.

There were 2 goals which I tried to achieve through the foodart

1.Teach him basics of diwali - that it is a festival of light and you decorate your house with rangoli, diya and lantern and celebrate by sharing gifts and blessings with each other

2. Feed him wholesome meal which includes roti, sabzi, rice, dal, salads and mithai too. This way he does not ask for more sugary based sweets and is satisfied too

In the foodart created, I have tried to make a lantern using daily food..however a lot of innovation and creativity can be applied by using bell peppers,corn, pulao as the base ingredient and preparing the meal

..

Try it out with your toddler and I bet he/she will enjoy the meal to the fullest
