I am here with another recipe for kids... I am sharing this recipe because it's very easy to make and very healthy for kids.... Carrot Millet Ingredients :
Little Millet--1 bowl
Carrot 🥕 - half bowl/ 1 carrot( chopped)
Tomato 🍅 - half bowl /1 tomato (chopped)
Ginger -Garlic Paste- 1 tea spoon
Red chilli 🌶 - half tea spoon
Turmeric - half tea spoon
Salt - according to taste
Hing- a pinch
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Water - 2 bowl Method :
1-Clean millet and wash properly.
2-Soak in water for 10 min.
3-Take a pan add oil.
4- After that Hing, ginger - garlic paste.
5-Next add chopped tomato and carrot.
6- Add soaked millet and dry spices(red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt)
7-Add water and mix properly.
8- Cook for 15-20 min.
10-U can garnish with chopped coriander leaves or dill leaves. I hope you all like it.. Please try it.. It's really very yummy and healthy... Not only for kids but for us too...
