But please see that your baby is not attracted to tv. As you said your kid will be in TV room

Dear...the only silly questions are the ones not asked. It really depends...if baby is feeling uncomfortable with the noise baby will cry

my baby if sleeping would get up on sounds like pressure cooker or mixer grinder... 
bt its not harmful for them...

I'm almost involved in cooking as my in-laws are at my place. and they put my baby in TV room next to kitchen. My question is will baby gets disturbed for cooking sounds like pressure cooker whistle, the smell etc?

question might look silly but I wanted to know this better.. please advise..
