Hi mommies... My baby is 7 month old i just want to know can I give her oats I'm so much confused... Does oats reduce baby weight??

Hi no oats wont reduce weight. Infact its very good for babies, choose steel cut oats or rolled oats. Instant ones are processed. No need to add any sweeteners.

You can add dates syrup in it/ dry fruits powder or milk powder, to make it yummy

Oats is good for baby's health, u can powder the oats and make puree out of it.
