Please share the kind of foods /fruits to reduce labour hours.. Does dates help? I hate eating dates..please guide..

Have heard pineapple and papaya also help but only after you have reached full-term weeks. I am not having these but i am trying dates. That too not regular as i am forgetful.

Have heaed 6 dates a day beginning from your 8th month helps in reducing labour hours. I am not sure if there are studies to prove this but many elders swear by it
