Hi mommies So I got cough and cold during Diwali time which I passed on to my 10 mo, from her it was passed to my husband and it was a viral fever, he is still on medication. I was thinking since me and my 10 mo already catched we would not get it from my hubby. But alas its again passed to my baby and me... I don't understand this cycle. When is this going to end? All 3 of us are on medication.. Will it even stop? All 3 of us keeps sneezing 🤧.

Been there many times. It's like pass the parcel. The only way out of this cycle is to break it. All 3 need to get treated at time time and try your best to keep each other s germs away from each other. Eat fruits fluids and take rest. Get well soon family

You know what there almost 200 different viruses that causes cold and cough. That's why we don't develop immunity to it. Each time it's the different virus. So, what can be done is to take precautions. Weekly once take nila vembu kashayam, even your lil one can have four tsp of it. Make a coctition of tulsi, pepper, fennel, cumin, Corriander seeds, garlic, turmeric and filter this water drink, half a cup every day for three days. For the lil one u can add jagerry to it and give about four tsp. My lil one has weezhing and I do this religiously I see improvements in frequency. I really did. But need patience it takes time to build immune system. TC hope you guys get well soon... And don't forget the pepper rasam, the rescuer
