Hi mommiez... apna breast milk kaise store kare nd agr fridge mai rakhe to jb baby ko feed karwaye to kya usse lukewarm garm kr skte hai.. or agr ac mai bottle rakhe to kya tb bhi lukewarm krna hai ya aise he de skte h. Plz answer
Fridge se nikaal k rkhna phr room temperature pr dene se bache ko cold to ni hoga.

No aap bm ko heat nahi kar Sakte. Aap 1-2 hours pehle nikal lo fridge se. Aap pump kar ke pouches mein store kar Sakte Ho in freezer

Hi priyanka...; bm store kar sakte hai by expressing ur milk with the help of a expressing machine (manual/electronic) as u r comfortable. Bahar rakho milk ko 2 3 hrs to koi pareshan nai hai n agar fridge me rakho to baby ka feed time hone se thodi der pehle nikal K bahar rakho fir dedo no need to lukewarm it. .
