hi aneja - so let me think back since my childoo is almost 10 yrs old! milk twice a day for sure. 1-2 fruit snacks (in school they wud have a special fruit tiffin break), paratha or sandwich for tiffin - if at home pls try and give an egg and toast for breakky. either roti sabzi or dal rice/curd rice for lunch - the other for dinner. if baby is bored of this u can substitute with idli, chila, pasta etc. ideally 4-6 small meals. pls go thru our Fun recipes for ideas! if u eat non veg then even 4-5 times a week is grt! the idea is to give healthy variety so child doesnt get bored or fussy. @5b5c09c1f361ee7727777185 @616d5c785988200013dc45d1 #tagfwd
