if baby is normal weight then no need of supplements.. have sprouted moong, chicken and egg whites and milk for protein intake..

you must have all veggies and fruits, take protein and iron rich food. avoid outside and spicy food. have lots of water and increase your milk intake. U can have dry fruits as well.
