Hi moms, I am 22 weeks 4 days pregnent , from last night i am experiencing sort of heaviness and pain in the left side of my belly , as a result it was difficult for me to get a sound sleep at night. Can anyone suggest me something , What may have caused this pain.

Actually, when a baby grows inside a mama, there is a sea change inside mama's body. All her organs are pushed to their limits so that her body can accommodate the precious inside. Her body also resists, aches and tires which is why a pregnant woman is tired and achy more often than not. However, if the pain is unbearable do check with your doc for peace of mind. Btw, once the baby comes forget about full night's sleep :)
