two weeks growth lag especially around due date is normal.. mine too had 2 weeks growth lag.. she is fine 12 day old now..

+/- 15days is absolutely normal.. so,, dont worry about that and the fetal weight is absolutely normal for the present GA.. consider your latest scan.. dont get confused..
