if it is thick curdy like, then its common in pregnancy and
if it is associated with itching or odour then seems lyk fungal infectn and u shud consult ur gynaec..
if it is clear water lyk thn plz dnt delay it may be sometyms urine and sometyms fluid..hence visit ur doc once..
