Hi Moms.

I work at a very small company. They are not modern and i have a male boss. He knows im expecting. My problem is the culture. No one understand that at times i need to go home early, i feel tired, i have to eat snacks in between . I get very frustrated. Im 24 weeks pregnant. What can i do? my boss alsl doesnt support.

You have to talk to your boss and discuss your requirements with him. Men really don't care unless they are made to listen. You have to stand up for yourself otherwise he will never understand. Just go and talk to him directly.

Talking in detail is the only way dear. Tell them clearly what is your situation and on humanitarian grounds they will pay attention. Try speaking.
