Hi moms my baby is 4 and half months old. He tries to get up my holding his head up and i also make him do sit ups is it ok? I hope i am not stressing his back but he enjoys it. And i also make him sit with support like keeping pillows behind and give him a rattle to play. Just wanna know from you guys whether its normal? He also started rolling from yesterday it was a sight😍. When did your little ones started rolling and sitting with support. And how do you keep them occupied as now my kid likes playing more. Tips please
it's different in each baby...my baby was almost sitting by 4 months as she balanced her head by 3rd month...my doctor said there isn't any issue in putting her in sitting position but you need to keep a watch... don't do it for longer stretch as it can put stress on bones... mine was also standing straight by 5.5 months.....

baby's bones are still forming and are weak n tender so its not advisable to make him sit up. it will be harmful for his backbone. wait for some months.

I wouldn't suggest you to make him sit.. I didn't make my son to sit, he himself started sitting at the month of 7.. once your baby starts crawling then he will learn to sit..
